Orders will be delivered either by one of our trusted drivers or via Post NL. The delivery method will depend on your location and the size of your order.

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where applicable.
3. Shipping Rates:
All orders over €40 qualify for free delivery across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France.
For orders below €40, shipping within the Netherlands is €5, and shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France is €6.
4. Delivery Times:
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, while deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France take 1–5 business days.
5. Local Deliveries:
If your order is eligible for local delivery, one of our drivers will deliver your items directly to your doorstep. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France.If you are located outside our delivery areas, please contact us for assistance.
7. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment’s progress.
